JGM Strategic Blueprint™ Layer 1 Diagnostic
How do I know we’re solving the right problem?
Full business-system diagnostic, scorecard, primary constraint, growth status, what is working, what must not change, and prioritized next moves.
Constraint-led strategy + managed execution
Diagnose the constraint. Protect what works. Activate the right strategy. Put the right capability behind it.
NRM identifies what is actually holding your business back, determines the next right move, and provides the strategic direction, talent, systems, implementation support, and oversight required to address it.
Diagnosis first. Choose NRM implementation support or a standalone $1,499 USD diagnostic.
Work With NRM
When you Work With NRM, you get five connected components. Strategy and capability follow the diagnosis.
How do I know we’re solving the right problem?
Full business-system diagnostic, scorecard, primary constraint, growth status, what is working, what must not change, and prioritized next moves.
What exactly should we do about it?
Only the strategy the diagnosis justifies: offer, messaging, funnel, sales, operational systems, capacity, or process architecture.
How do I know I’m hiring the right person for the problem?
One or more vetted talents recommended against the diagnosed capability requirement. Match the capability to the constraint, not simply the person to a job title.
Who makes sure this gets implemented properly?
Onboarding, role alignment, access coordination, communication structure, implementation oversight, strategic support, issue escalation, and progress monitoring.
How will I know whether this is working?
Diagnostic results, primary constraint, recommended priorities, matched capability, implementation progress, KPIs, strategic review checkpoints, and future constraint identification.
If the diagnostic shows that adding talent is not the right next move, NRM will say so. NRM will not recommend additional capability simply to create a placement.
Talent is assessed against the agreed capability criteria. Matching, feedback, and any replacement terms are documented in your engagement before deployment.
Before deployment, we document the diagnosed constraint, required capability, role responsibilities, priorities, access requirements, and initial success measures.
Diagnosed before deployed. Matched against the constraint. Supported by NRM’s Right-Match Protection.
01 / The problem
Another hire. More ads. More content. Another CRM. A new funnel, offer, automation, outreach campaign, or tool.
Additional activity creates value when it addresses the actual constraint.
If existing leads are not converting, more demand can amplify the same friction.
If the team is stretched, winning more work can put quality and client relationships under pressure.
An offer that already sells may need clearer communication, not a rebuild.
Qualified opportunities may already exist. The constraint could be qualification, follow-up, buyer confidence, decision-path clarity, or pipeline visibility.NRM starts with diagnosis before prescribing execution.
02 / The intelligence & decision layer
Strategic clarity before execution.
A diagnostic and decision system that identifies what is limiting progress before more time, money, people, tools, or activity are added. It determines what matters now, what should remain untouched, and what should happen next.
“What specific constraint does this remove?”
A recommendation should only activate when it addresses a diagnosed constraint, fits the business reality, and avoids unnecessary complexity.
What is actually happening?
What is already working?
What is the primary constraint?
What evidence proves it?
What should be addressed first?
What should not be changed?
What should not be done yet?
What signals should be monitored?
Should we Grow, Stabilize, or Pause?
Is deeper strategy required?
03 / Diagnostic, Constraint & Decision Layer
One diagnostic sequence, viewed through the business conditions that matter. The depth follows the evidence, with one primary constraint guiding the next decision.
Business model, revenue mechanics, market conditions, growth intent, capacity, risk, and non-negotiables.
Why buyers act, hesitate, compare alternatives, stall, and make decisions.
The primary constraint, the evidence behind it, and the secondary issues that can wait.
Whether buyers understand the value and communication supports the commercial decision.
Friction between initial interest and a qualified commercial decision.
Whether more qualified demand is actually needed before recommending more traffic.
Whether the business should Grow, Stabilize, or Pause, given its ability to convert and deliver.
KPIs that show meaningful progress, decision confidence, and movement through the system.
The top priorities and lower-value initiatives to deliberately deprioritize.
What should not be changed, optimized, added, or scaled.
Hidden dynamics or assumptions that may explain the visible problem.
The direction to take and whether Layer 2 or execution support is justified.
04 / Layer 1 outputs
A decision resource you can use to direct time, investment, and execution. Each recommendation must earn its place.
A clear view of the business as it operates today.
Proven strengths and systems to protect.
The limiting factor and the evidence behind it.
Only the capabilities that address the constraint.
A practical sequence of priorities and decisions.
The signals that will show whether progress is real.
What to leave alone and what to defer.
A different understanding that changes the next decision.
Grow, Stabilize, or Pause, with a justified next step.
The evidence determines the direction.
05 / Deep Context, Messaging & Persuasion Intelligence
Layer 1Decides what matters.
Layer 2Refines how it is communicated.
Layer 2 activates only when Layer 1 proves that deeper buyer understanding or communication work is required. NRM selects the minimum combination of strategies needed to address the diagnosed constraint.
Buyer psychology, decision behaviour, perceived risk, and stakeholder influence.
Positioning refinement, differentiation, and framing the approved offer.
Messaging architecture, objections, buyer beliefs, and proof that builds trust.
Communication at each approved buyer-journey stage, including conversion and onboarding.
Content, platform-specific messaging, and funnel conversion copy on approved channels.
Messaging hypotheses, buyer insight validation, and focused experiments.
Layer 2 works within the approved offer, pricing, funnel structure, channels, priorities, and growth decision. Structural changes require justification from Layer 1. The full strategy library is not automatically included in every engagement.
06 / Strategy activation
These examples show how a possible constraint changes the next move. Your diagnosis determines which, if any, strategies activate.
The situation
First establish where buyers stall. Activate deeper communication work only when the evidence supports it.
The situation
Clarify the value of the approved offer. Changing the core offer or pricing requires a Layer 1 decision.
The situation
Layer 2 is only needed if messaging or persuasion is also contributing to the constraint.
The situation
Protect delivery first. More demand and deeper messaging work may both need to wait.
07 / The execution layer
The diagnosis defines the required capability. NRM then connects that priority with the appropriate execution resource, scope, and measures of progress.
“Based on the diagnosis, these are the capabilities required.”
LinkedIn prospecting, lead research, CRM, outreach, appointment setting, qualification, and follow-up.
Content, social media, email, campaign support, basic creative, and funnel support on approved channels.
Calendar, inbox, documentation, research, coordination, and data organization.
CRM management, customer communication, follow-ups, scheduling, reporting, and workflow support.
Documented specialist experience includes paid media support, recruitment coordination, basic bookkeeping, and website support. Activation depends on the diagnosis and confirmed talent fit.

View your dashboard matches09 / Managed execution
NRM stays involved around execution. Defined responsibilities, strategic priorities, and performance oversight reduce the coordination burden while you retain the decisions and approvals that belong with your business.
Agreed scope, strategic priorities, KPIs, and an execution plan tied to the constraint.
Performance reviews, quality oversight, client feedback, development planning, and reporting.
Planned backup coverage, continuity documentation, and clear handovers around the agreed scope.
Dedicated capability. Defined accountability. A management layer around the work.
10 / The NRM operating model
Each stage creates the evidence or clarity required for the next. Execution stays connected to the business priority as conditions change.
Understand the business reality and identify the primary constraint.
Decide what deserves attention first and what should intentionally wait.
Select only the strategies, skills, systems, or capabilities justified by evidence.
Deploy the appropriate talent or specialist capability against agreed priorities.
Track meaningful KPIs, buyer behaviour, and business outcomes.
Keep, modify, expand, replace, or remove activities based on evidence.
11 / Strategic inaction
NRM identifies what should remain untouched so the business can improve without losing the strengths it already has.
Not every working system needs optimization.
Not every channel needs expansion.
Not every problem needs another tool.
Not every workload requires another permanent hire.
Not every slowdown requires more traffic.
Protect what works.12 / Challenge the assumption
You may already have enough demand but lack conversion or follow-up.
The actual constraint may be pipeline follow-up, CRM discipline, or founder capacity.
The constraint may be positioning or buyer trust.
The workload may be temporary, or clearer priorities and processes may need to come first.
The issue may be offer clarity, sales process, delivery capacity, or buyer decision friction.
Diagnose first. Invest second.
13 / Insights
Short perspectives on constraints, strategic choices, and the relationship between activity and progress.
Look at qualification, next actions, follow-up completion, proposal progression, and time to decision. When interest already exists, increasing traffic may leave the real bottleneck untouched.
Identify the offer, relationships, channels, and routines that reliably produce value. A new initiative should have a clear reason for changing them. Deferring work can be a deliberate strategic decision.
Review workload, delivery capacity, ownership, and service quality alongside the pipeline. If capacity is the constraint, stabilize delivery before adding pressure.

A complete decision resource
Your completed Blueprint will identify a primary constraint, explain why it is limiting the system, distinguish what should and should not be changed, and establish a prioritized next-action path. If those decisions are not sufficiently clear after delivery, NRM will provide one clarification session and revise the relevant diagnostic recommendations at no additional charge.
This guarantees clarity of the deliverable, not revenue performance.
The diagnostic evaluates your business as a connected system. Find the constraint limiting progress, determine what should and should not change, and receive a prioritized path for executing your next right move.

NRM is developing constraint-specific Custom GPTs designed to help clients execute recommendations from their JGM Strategic Blueprint™. These tools will be configured around specific business constraints and use cases rather than provided as generic AI assistants.
Diagnosis identifies what is wrong. The Blueprint determines what should happen next. Future Custom GPTs will help clients implement specific recommendations where strategically justified. These tools are in development and are not included in the current $1,499 purchase.

About Next Right Move
Next Right Move helps businesses determine what actually needs to happen next. Through the JGM Strategic Blueprint™, we diagnose the primary constraint, protect what is working, and connect justified priorities with skills, talent, systems, and performance management.
The Blueprint is the intelligence layer. Talent and skills are the execution layer. Performance management provides governance. Backup and continuity support keep the work moving.
No. Layer 1 determines whether deeper strategy or execution is justified. It may recommend stabilizing the system, protecting what already works, or postponing additional activity.
Yes. JGM Strategic Blueprint™ Layer 1 is $1,499 USD and includes the diagnostic, prioritized next moves, strategic review discussion, client dashboard, and downloadable report for internal execution. Complete the intake first; payment unlocks your results. Work With NRM adds constraint-specific strategy, matched capability, implementation support, and governance.
Layer 2 refines communication within the strategic direction approved in Layer 1. It does not independently redesign the core offer, pricing, funnel architecture, or growth decision.
NRM confirms the required capability and agreed scope, then coordinates the contract, invoice, welcome guide, access requests, client portal, kickoff, KPIs, and continuity documentation before work begins.
